Through somatic experiential work and a collaborative art mandala you will have the opportunity to tap into the places that scare you, within the safety of community, to mobilize your passion and creativity and ultimately architect the harmony the world so deserves. Our second WeTAPIN chapter in the series on Tuesday, December 6th, focuses on "the root of relating" - becoming aware of our relationship default and gaining insight into how it shapes our lived experience. Take the quiz before you arrive to determine your relationship default and bring a friend, lover, business partner or family member and have fun exploring how you relate to yourself and each other.
While we are more tech and current affair knowledgeable from our time on screens, we are also experiencing from more stress, less sleep and a feeling of disconnection. Our first WeTAPIN chapter focuses on "screen time stress - the good, bad, the ugly" - to explore how we can manage the amount of information we receive and stay connected online and offline without becoming overwhelmed or stressed.
